What this website collects
Nothing, automatically. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or fingerprinting of any kind. We can't see who you are when you browse.
The contact form
The form on our contact page doesn't send data to a server. When you press "send", it opens your own email application with your message pre-filled, addressed to info@feoffeesoftetbury.co.uk. Your message never touches this website — it goes from your email program straight to ours.
If you write to the Feoffees, we keep your details only long enough to deal with your matter properly, and we don't share them outside the charity without your say-so.
Where you might already be public
As a registered charity, The Romney Charity (otherwise Tetbury Charity Estate), no. 202286, appears on the public Charity Commission register with our registration details, governing documents and accounts. That's public information held by the regulator, not by us.
Your choices
You can ask us anytime what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@feoffeesoftetbury.co.uk and we'll sort it.
