Recent Grants and Donations

All the income received by the Feoffees is used in one way or another to the benefit of Tetbury residents. Properties are maintained and improved for local use and grants are awarded on a discretionary basis to clubs, societies and charities etc. where it is felt they will have the most impact and bring the most benefit to as many people as possible.

Below are some examples of recent grants and donations that have been awarded within the town:
St Mary's Primary School £4650
New Parish Church Guide £500
Tetbury in Bloom Campaign £500
Holiday @ Home Initiative (OAPs) £200
Youth Football Club £425
Individual Educational and Training grants £6500
plus other small community and historical donations.

As a guide to the Feoffees' continuing efforts to increase their support to the local community, they have in 2010 already made or approved the following grants and donations:
Dolphin Recreation Centre £1000
Tetbury in Bloom Campaign £500
St Mary's Primary School £450

In addition the Feoffees have also approved, and have made available, from their educational foundation, an annual budget of £2500 to meet individual applications for grant funding towards educational and vocational training costs. This budget has been sourced from the foundation's annual income of £1500 plus an annual £1000 grant from the Tetbury Charity Estate, which will be kept under constant review to meet application levels.
